Check out time is 11:00 am for all campsites and cabins

Check in time for all campsites is 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm for cabins unless stated otherwise.

Quiet time throughout the campground from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am

Register before entering the camping area.  Camping fees must be paid in advance for each day.

Reservations require a one night deposit to hold a site or cabin for you.  Your credit or debit card will be charged at the time the reservation is made.  Please be advised that once a reservation has been completed, any subsequent changes to the reservation will be subject to applicable fees.

UGA football game weekends, holidays, concerts, and major event days require a two night minimum stay.  Deposits taken for these major event days are NON- REFUNDABLE.  NO EXCEPTIONS

Cancellation Policies:

REFUND POLICY:  ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
REGULAR (Non-Special Event) CANCELLATION: By 11 A.M. 7 Days prior to the arrival date to receive a CREDIT for the deposit amount towards a future stay  based upon availability, CREDIT will be good for One Calendar Year.     PAST that time and date results in the entire deposit being forfeited.
SPECIAL EVENT & HOLIDAY CANCELLATION:  Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, NO CREDITS, NO EXCEPTIONS.   The Entire Deposit Amount is Forfeited.
